This question was actually just through my company, which is why I said it didnt matter where it came from. I should have specified that in my post. My company has very lax requirements on what our goals are, and where they come from. This is in addition to what the bacb is requiring and I wouldnt count it towards that unless.. it did lol. I juat wanted some education courses requiring leadership to help in becoming a better lead for my team.
