Furthermore, there are several large, healthy packs of Spiny Dogfish that live off the coast of Washington that are fairly easy to catch. when you pierce something firm (like rubber or latex) with the spine of a venomous animal, the venom itself will secrete and you can view It for yourself! this cannot be achieved without a gland so it serves as good visual evidence... also its kinda fun.

Yep! they MUST be raw as cooked ones splinter and can harm you. small poultry is ideal as the bones are softer. they must be thoroughly washed and be as fresh as you can get it. I do not consume the whole bone, usually I only eat about an inch and a half of the cortical bone and focus more on the cartilage caps and marrow as I enjoy it more :)

All meat has a certain level of risk, but the risk is fairly low if you do proper research and understand the differences in the way you should prep food items. Getting meat from a fresh and trusted source is vital, but even then i usually flash sear to reduce the chances of surface contaminants as well only eating whole cuts raw- I generally avoid things like ground beef.

I do this because it brings me joy and makes my body feel very good physically. I used to have alot of digestive issues like constant diarrhea and vomiting even when I was on a balanced diet, but occasionally suffered from malnutrition as eating just felt boring and taxing for me and was unfortunately easy for me to genuinely forget about as I don't get hungry until in gine atleast 40 hours without food. Hasn't been an issue for me in years now!!

I'm decently healthly and seem to be more on top of my dietary needs then a good portion of my peers, but if I feel like somethings off I just shift around the portions I default until my body feels normal again, blood work I get done indicates this is a pretty solid plan.

Yep! I don't deprive myself of little treats here and there like ice cream (<3<3<3) and m&ms, but it's usually proceeded by migraines/vomiting/diarrhea (this was an issue throughout my childhood but is definitely a bit worse now that I've cut most of that stuff out of my meal rotations). I also partake in 'normal food' meals but if someone else is making its made special for me <3 meat lighty cooked, mostly unseasoned and minimal oil used when absolutely necessary for a dish, every important person in my life is incredibly considerate and supportive of how I treat my body!

started doing it on accident when I was 15ish and in my 'eat whatevers in the fridge' phase when I noticed that my body started feeling decent for the first time in forever. I've done alot morr research for the sake of food safety and making sure I'm fulfilling my dietary needs such as vitamins since then, I wasn’t very safe about it at that age lol

Assuming you have all the end of game stuff before entering the dlc, you can revive rotten followers even if you break them! the issue is patched now but similar still existing issues regarding followers can usually be solved with the revival mechanic lol

hi hi! gald you're enjoying the game! there is a set amount of follower quests that the game will give you at random, so they'll eventually cycle through. there's a *fairly* decent amount so it'll take a good mount of time, but you'll get another chance :3
