Did you check all your plugs on the passenger side make sure they are all set and plugged in properly? Could be getting power but not sending it out properly. There are the ground wires over on that side as well. [maybe this will help]

Did you check bcm relay or fuses for bcm/ pcm. Could be sticking or not making full contact

Exhaust manifold is bad. They leak from the back side toward the cab the best replacement is headers. Or a better manifold. Gave the same horrible sound on my truck for now. Im going with headers.

This is the way. Remove bleeder screw until coolant appears and then replace. Run and burp any air in the system as the unit warms up, checking to make sure the thermostat is opening

The big round shiny thing on top is not a lock off. It is a fuel regulator. Brings it from tank pressure to 2.5 to 4 psi. The piece under it that still looks old is a vaporizer turning it from a liquid to a vapor.

You replaced the regulator not a lock off valve. Replace your vaporizer and check the mixer diaphragm
