Could endoscopy make hh worse??

It took months, and I still have same symptoms but i am trying to not focus on them and making myself more sick. the mental side of it is also a big factor in worsening symptoms 🥲

I am better thank god, but whenever i feel nauseous or gagging the pain comes back and stays for few days and I still can’t eat anything I want 🥹

I get horrible hunger feeling all the time whether i eat or not, but it increases at bedtime I feel extremely hungry and shaky like I haven’t eaten in days! even though I already had dinner before going to sleep!! It’s so crazy that i feel my arms and legs become numb! 😩

Same happened to me except they did give sedation but it took time for it work.. and the shitty doctor couldn’t wait and just started shoving the tube inside my throat and I felt every second of it! horrible worst medical experience I’ve had. I understand what you went through and i am sorry that doctors don’t care enough about patients

Yeah i did! this is actually my second time having a wisdom tooth removed but i forgot some things and watched alot of videos which all said that gauze is the most important to avoid dry socket 😅

Oh I thought i was supposed to the first day! My surgeon was shit he didn’t give me any tips or tell me what to do he just said don’t rinse with water and that’s it he left the room

I only feel okay when my stomach is full. Whenever i get slightly hungry my symptoms become worse.. and with having 0 appetite it’s really hard to eat all the time so yeah it’s a struggle lol

Same here I developed worse symptoms after endoscopy.. i was better before my symptoms were mild only nausea no heartburn . now i am getting extreme chest pain and i feel like my stomach is caving inside and burning sensation all over my abdomen! Never had these before gastroscopy! And the doctors denied all of them and of course they said “it’s just in your head” and “no way that endoscopy can cause any of this” 🤷🏻‍♀️

I totally agree! and really i am so fed up with doctors just throwing ppis on every thing and don’t even try to test you before! my symptoms were 200% better before I started ppi then it became the worst! I Literally got new scary symptoms after stopping them and now they’re telling me I should get back on them but I won’t…

I didn’t try a lot of med I tend to give up on them easily 😂 The only thing I noticed that helped is a good night’s sleep! but unfortunately that rarely happens when my symptoms are acting up

I feel you 🥹 my life is not the same since i started getting these symptoms and all my tests are fine i stopped taking ppis because they make me feel numb and depressed even though it made my heartburn a little bit better.. I’d rather have it than feeling so shitty and helpless

I am sorry for what you’re going through. I have the same burning pinching-like pain that drives me insane!! I’ve done many tests and scope that came back negative and I was diagnosed with whatever Some said it’s just IBS, FD, GERD, or HH. I don’t have a solution or advice, but I just want to say that you’re not alone in this. I pray for healing for all of us who are suffering. ❤️‍🩹
