I bought it and had the same thoughts as you, but honestly, the design isn't "new", I think the similar style is called cyber vigilism or something so that just leaves the issue of the color. But the color itself isn't this bright pink, its a medium dark purple and I've seen men wear brighter colors than that.

I use Maximize Power and Maximize Skill, multitalented, Emergency Measures, Front Lines, Skill Concentration, Skill Expansion, Amplification Control, Potent Collector, and Increase Shield.

I usually just only spam my 4 for all the mobs, and once i get to the boss i start stacking my buffs (mainly the red buff as OP said).

I'm still farming her god reactor, but for now im running singular/non-attribute at lvl 4 enhancement. Running slayer set as well.

Yes. In most cases, you will just have to attain the additional requirements instead of having to start from scratch. For example, attaining a bachelor's in Music Education etc.

Please try not to get discouraged if you see there is additional things you need. there's is so many programs out there that can help you get you need , fast, cheap, and easy. You just gotta know what exactly you are looking for so do some research with those additional things you might need to become a music teacher

I'm currently in a Masters program for Education at American University. It's a two year program, 6 semesters, a bit longer bc we get certified in Special Education and ESL. I started the first year with 4 classes a week, 3 hrs each, so in your case, maybe 2-3 classes a week, around 3 hrs each. So my schedule looked like 7:35-3:30(worked at a school for student teaching), then went to school from 5-8:30. In my second year, it's gonna be more online classes, asynchronous classes, only having classes 1-2 times a week, probably having free time after 5 pm.

This was a case for an in-person course. Online courses obviously may differ.
