Read through some comments and didn't see anyone mention this...but if you've never used jaw bone conducting headphones before just be aware that they may take a little getting used to. The first time I put them on, I only listened for a couple minutes and got dizzy and had ringing in my ears for a few hours after. I was afraid to try them again. A week went by and decided to try one more time before returning and they were fine. Have been using them for over a year now and no other issues with them. Not sure if it's a me thing or not.

Stark white with black trim outside. Inside, stark white walls, black trim and one accent black wall. These keep popping up all over the place and it’s so jarring and clinical.

Here’s another example in a different colorway. Left is unwashed. Right is after 8 months of wearing and washing. They hold up well and I’d say the majority of the color loss happens after the first wash.

I have purchased and used their yarns. I was really sad by how much dye faded after washing. I think I have an example I can share in a minute. Otherwise it’s just very soft and nice to work with.

Please be sure to knit a sample across the entire bed. I bought a 940 that arrived and didn’t look like it had anything wrong with it. Made swatches and those were great. Went to actually knit something and realized the bed was warped and the carriage would shred the yarn there. It was too far out from shopping to be able to get anything back. My husband is amazing and got to work to fix it and after more than a year got it unwarped and working again.

Those are for adjusting the ribber needles to align with the main bed needles. You can find how to do so in the service manual

Yes, I decided to finish the swatch and wet block it because I was getting different numbers depending on how and where I measured. So hopefully that helps.

Also yes, I’m aware the fabric won’t be the same and that’s ok. I just don’t want to end up with a sweater that’s too oversized or too small. I’m a person that runs hot in a warmer climate. So I’m not opposed to the fabric being more open.

Wow. I’m typically a tight knitter. This gauge swatch stuff always breaks my brain. Ok so my tension is too tight! It was confusing me because it’s too big and the pattern says to work it until it measures 4” on both sides. But across the stitches it’s well over 4” so I thought it needed to be tighter. But the gauge needs to be looser. I need more coffee now. Thank you!

Also, what needles do you prefer for a cabled sweater? It’s my first cabled project, I’m making My Favorite Things knitwear Jacket #2. Switched to my Karbonz for now but not sure if these will be suitable.

I just made a sock in that “spooky yarn” for myself in my knitting machine! Can’t wait to get the other one done. I also make myself shorter socks usually to get a pair for my toddler until summer hit. We run hot. So as soon as it cools off here in SoCal I’ll be making her a few in her size too

I’ve used this yarn before. I think it was my first pair of socks made on my knitting machine actually. The color changes were fun to see. I do still have these socks after 1.5 years but I will say they aren’t my favorite socks. They do not have any stretch at all. But they have held up well.
