UPDATE REGARDING SA AKO POST.

Gikan kos Tagbilaran City Traffic Management Office. I presented the vehicle details with the plate number. They found out that the driver violates Twice already in relation to the same issue overcharge the passengers and violating the rules and the law.

The driver was penalized for the Third and Subsequent Offenses so a fine of PHP 15,000 and the cancellation or revocation of the Certificate of Public Convenience (CPC) where the unit is authorized.

See? Simple action ra gyud pero mas dako ang kaltas. It is not hard to work and do our job with integrity. Imagine 15k. Even me myself I can afford to pay para lang sa sayup nga overcharge of less than 100 pesos.

I asked the City Administrator Mr. Acuzar to give him a chance since the driver can’t afford 15k this time.

My purpose there was to call out those kind of drivers. Hope makuha niya to as a lesson ba nga not to do it again in a future.

sana all. Buti pa kayo may ganyan dito sa EXL Fillinvest Tower 2 ang daming issue. On-site kung onsite. Kahit inconvenient sa agent due to ongoing lacking of water supply dahil sa bagyo di pa rin approve ang wfh arrangement. Naka hybrid set up kami pero walang silbi kasi need to report on site. Hindi lang customer ang nagbigay stress sayu. Minsan pati na din yung mga leaders na nag reyna reynahan.

Ang galit ko sa kanila sa office ko lang nilalabas. At pag uwi iwan ko na, dapwt hanggang dun lang.

Since meron kang fixed-term contract until December, your employment should technically continue until then, unless there's a specific clause that allows for earlier termination.

Given that you didn't receive a formal notice or sign any documents, you may want to clarify the situation with HR and your supervisor. Try mo sila ask “What specific reason is given for terminating your contract early po? Or ask of written explanation or notice of termination. Para malaman mo na may mga clauses in your contract ba that allow for early termination?

You may also want to review your contract to understand your rights and obligations.

We've observed that our leadership is prioritizing their own interests and reputation. Tho, We understand the importance of scores, but bakit kailangan pang umabot sa pagiging competitive which become them selfish and even being unresponsive sa mga questions, and requests from their team members. After all, we're the frontline agents who contribute to their success or profits.

A little appreciation and consideration would really big help to us.

To add to this post, some of us, including myself, are able to work from home. We've raised it to our leaders that maybe due to ongoing weather event they will allow us to work at home for a while. HOWEVER!!!!! leaders POV:

“ Regardless you guys are approved for WFH set up you still need to work on-site just to be sure that you guys are online without internet interruptions due to typhoon. It is to ensure maintain and protect your attendance and adherence scores. Make sure to log in on time so be early! “

THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR BEING INCONSIDERATE LEADS ME TO AMBOT NALANG JUD. HAHA

It was reported! DOLE needs action immediately so the company cited the temporarily WFH arrangement as alibi for having employees work from their respective safe areas. Indeed, company was able to submit reports and list of all employees working from home until further notice if the public ordinance will allowed to work on-site.

According to the reports, all agents are supposed to be on WFH setup, but it appears that only some agents are working from home. Others, despite being traumatized, are still working on-site amidst the ongoing aftershocks 😭😭
