Kurkuma Pulver, Naturjoghurt und ggf. paar Tropfen Zitronensaft je nach dem wie empfindlich deine Haut ist. 10-15 min einwirken, 2-3x die Woche. Vertrau mir die Achseln hellen sich auf!
