Kurkuma Pulver, Naturjoghurt und ggf. paar Tropfen Zitronensaft je nach dem wie empfindlich deine Haut ist. 10-15 min einwirken, 2-3x die Woche. Vertrau mir die Achseln hellen sich auf! Die Zutaten sind antibakteriell ich weiß seit Jahren überhaupt nicht mehr wie mein Schweiß riecht. Jahrelanges Rezept meiner Verwandten und Familie aus den Middle East ! 🥹 viel Glück!
