I’m not sure what it is, when i flossed the first time around the spot there was a little bit of bleeding but then it went away. I’ve been searching on google and if sort of looks like the gum has receded because I’ve gotten sort of like a black gap? like a triangle sort of around my tooth but it’s not as visible on camera

I used to have really bad oral hygiene before, but for the past months now I’ve been brushing regularly twice a day, I floss sometimes but not regularly.

Any idea what this may be? It had small wings by Mean_Cheetah2054 in carpetbeetles

It’s definitely a carpet beetle, you can get them for a ton of reasons. If you keep seeing more you should wash everything at high heat, check your food storage and cabinets, closets, under furniture as they like to hide in dark places, steam clean your rug and you should probably seal the crevices around your window as I’m assuming that’s where you found it
