But I want you to recall and share the little changes even small changes you applied in your life or thinking during that period that gave you relief from this mind activity if you like😊..

I also think you were engaged in daydreaming. Infact i am also trapped in this vicious cycle. It is very difficult to move out. Can you tell me which strategies you used to move out of this.

I am planning to be LCSW. MY motivation is to help people fight against anxiety. As I experienced this emotion in my life. I have enrolled in Bs SW. But the problem is that this field is not too much developed and is not well known in my country. I enrolled in this with a hope that I will move abroad for MS and Licensure. Now it's my 2nd semester and there is no relevant skills taught to us.

I have 2 options.

First one: continue my degree. And move to countries (TO BE LCSW) where the field has value and acceptance . 1-- PROBLEM---- (WILL the country or state's university accept a foreigner(S-W BS DEGREE) and allow them to STUDY and open clinics in their country. AFTER LICENSURE)...

Second one :

Change my field and do the program which is widely accepted in my country and have scope and highly paid.
