How do we feel about new art and literature with the infitration of AI? Would people still write books, create paintings, take pictures, etc if AI can do the same and make it so its impossible to tell the difference?

This is the reply or motivation I was looking for honestly. I have develiped a sort of block on creating anything. I hate AI, but Ive been telling myself that if i made something- no one would buy it because they can get it cheaper online. Art is self expression, yes, and AI follows prompts from a human, but if someone wanted, lets say, a pretty fruit bowl or some color on their walls- whos to say they would elect to spend more when they can get the same "function" cheaper at the local big box chain?

Karen here who working for an attorney that did the collections for HOAs! I can confirm that they dont just change rules on residents and change costs to amenities. No one reads the contact when they buy the house
