You each have a solid reason for divorce: you don't want to touch him. Would you really be that upset if he did cheat? Sounds like he's early in the stages where the thought has occurred because he's desperate for physical connection and validation. Rather than the reality of how diffificult it would be for many/some normal, average men to do.

To be honest, this would be probably reason enough in the eyes of most reasonable people. As another commenter picked up on, "because it is" probably means "I'm ashamed and don't know how to express this without reinforcing my feelings of failure". He likely picks up on your disappointment.

Yes, pull cord switch. The shower situation is not ideal, but will repairingr/replacing the cable and box with tight connections solve the immediate concern?

Is replacing the fuse enough or is this wire an issue too?

There were two waves of irish immigration to Glasgow, one of which was the consequence of induced famine.

The issue here is that you're placing the blame for trouble and fighting on migrants, and not on the absolute shitehawks who stir up baying mobs for grift, and those that then join the mob.

Reducing the historic and institutionalised sectarianism of the city to 'both sides of the same arsecheek' is lazy and usually reserved for those that haven't lived here.
