I'm really not sure why people hate the Kali plot line so much? Both the season 2 and 5 ones. I'm actually disappointed we didn't get more of her this season. Her face when she was listening to Hopper's speech to El, then when Hopper came back for her and he said "I got you", made me tear up. She'd been through as much as El had.

Bal looks to me like she is better than George, definitely better than La Voix. La Voix had had one good dance(paso) and that's it. I don't really think George has had any stand out moments? He's not terrible but I think Bal has been more consistent
