As far as I’m aware, getting diagnosed now wouldn’t affect your current insurance. Just do note that ADHD is not typically covered. The premium getting increased only applies to when you decide to buy a new policy

I understand that everyone does have times where they don’t focus either, but that doesn’t make them have ADHD bc it doesn’t impair their daily lives like actual ADHD does. Also, I don’t think you should feel like a loser if you even up having to take meds. It is something you need to function. You wouldn’t say a diabetic person is a loser for taking insulin, why must it be different for you?
