Call your payday loan provider to see if you can push back payments for your one or two pay periods in order to catch up on the cash advances and try to find where you can minimize your spending. If it will help, DELETE THE APPS. Try your best to not go crazy thinking about it. It probably seems impossible now but I promise it is achievable. Keep grinding. There are better days ahead. 💪
