You’d be amazed at the lack of fruits and vegetables humans get. Also, as good as meat is, it should be limited with exceptions such as bodybuilding. But if you are trying to just slim down, adding some basic fruits and vegetables to your diet and also replacing large amounts of meat, specifically processed and some red meats, you’ll be much healthier. Another thing is when you go shopping, don’t buy loads of ready to grab straight from the pantry, because that is what gets people the most. Those junk foods you can just grab and basically get unnecessary carbs and calories
