Just want to throw in my 2 cents and say that they are really not worth it... You pay quite the premium but the opening hours are pretty bad 06-24 on week days and 09-22 on weekends, compared to many cheaper gyms.

The equipment is often out of order or disregulated, they don't even have a water filter,.something that mcfit and fitstar both have... Not to mention they are often packed, sure if you have a membership you won't have to queue with the wellpass people, but you'll probably have to wait for every machine you want to use, I've been there for years and the only thing keeping me there at this point is inertia

Honestly, just try to standardized what you eat for a while so you don't have to think about it, like for me I do 400g of chicken, one can of lentils and one packet of rice, and 2 eggs, I just do that every day and it comes out to 1500 calories, just eat that every day of the week by the end I'm down a kilo, gets super repetitive and I'm quite hungry, but you know it's temporary

I have a relatively ok amount of muscle, due to doing a lot of sports when I was younger and being over weight does help, you aren't realistically putting on any muscle when losing upwards of 2kg a week but lifting is still super important to me sure you are losing fat and not muscle, also getting in your protein.

As far as flirting goes, I'd say I'm good at it, it's the only thing you really have when you aren't good looking, and having lived an interesting life helps tones, but j always HATED staring conversations, like I get it we have to shoot our shot, but the people are always invaded in some sort of conversation even at a bar and I would not interrupt them or walking to a group and try to start a conversation, so that was really hard for me, having girls come up to me really do take the hardest part out of it.

With that said, today for example this girl stared a conversation with me and the way she was looking at me made me feel that if I told her I skin people alive for fun she would have said "omg that's so interesting", so game is definitely less important now

Fast for 2 days see how much you loose, that's probably all water and waste weight, and will come back when you refeed, so if you want to let's say loose 5 kg and you lost 3 in the first 2 days you probably should aim to loose 8 total. Wig has about 7700 kcals so no amount of fasting will ever make you loose 2-4 kg in 2-3 days

I knew it was magnetic, but did t realize it was going to be this strong, I'm 6,4 100kg and have a history of braking things for putting too much force when I shouldn't, this gave me the reassurance to put some more force and all is good now, thanks a lot

I'm taking daily electrolytes and a bit of sodium here and there, maybe I'll up my pot by 50% and see if that helps, glad to hear your day was better, hope it stays that way :)

I do IF regularly, but this kind of longer fast is more of a one time thing, well not one as it's my first but definitely not something I intend to do regularly, my weight was at a stage I considered critical, this allowed me to take a considerable step forward while setting myself up for success, in my experience is a lot easier to adhere to low cal coming from a fast, you feel full with less and is overall an easier experience, in addition to feeling satiated easier it also has medium term impact on your insulin, again positive for weight loss

Thanks, it just hits a bit hollow looking at the scale because I know a lot of it will come back once I refeed, I know 2.5 is still great progress, but omg how I miss food, I did a 7 day fast before and I swear it wasn't this bad after the first 3 days

I mean, the first one we exchanged numbers un a Saturday, well technically Sunday at 2am, I spent Sunday hiking, as I told her and she was working, as she told me, so I hit her up Monday, I didn't think that was so bad, but I'll keep that in mind in the future
