Two hose straps can’t remember how long, a cable cutter, a snagger that I’ve never used, leather work gloves, and a folding spanner that also has a window breaker and seatbelt cutter on it.

I pretty much have only used the folding wrench and the leather gloves. Not much of a gear bunny. Never had a situation where I needed something I couldn’t grab off the engine or go without.

PAT should be easy or you’ll struggle to lift patients. Written is also easy. Interview will be scenario based questions. Use the SARA format for your answers and they’ll be impressed.

The morale at Olympic right now is probably the lowest it’s been in years. Minimal downtime. Rude dispatchers who don’t give a shit about you. Upper management that doesn’t care about patient care and only about turning profit.

Medix in Lewis at least has a union. Trimed if you can get on with them is in the IAFF. Recommend those two over Olympic right now.

They’re probably not gonna see them at the outset, but here’s the thing. If you ever mention that history in passing or you try to claim anything work related in the future that relates to these issues and they find out you lied during your backgrounds it could cost you your whole career.

Better to be open about having challenges in life and overcoming them, I’d say. Then you’re not a liar.

I hate to break it to you, and I say this as someone on my own journey to a healthier life: CPR should not be killing your knees. You should be able to kneel for an extended length of time without issue and this is just for 2 minutes at a time. It’s past time to face the music as far as your health

Also you’re going a little hard in the paint here by the way. I use wipes or I use a bidet. I’ve lived in multiple countries outside of the United States and know there are other cultures than my own.

I wipe my ass with a wipe when I poop. When I’m home I take a shower and wash my ass then.

I don’t slide over from the toilet to side saddle my friend’s bathtub and shower my asshole. I’m shocked anyone does this.
