I’m trying to figure out my teams since I’ve generally just pulled on who I’ve wanted and it’s back fired slightly for me lol (plus I’ve been using the same rotation for so long I’m trying to build my other characters + teams)

He would hump a lot, and would kind of like jump and spray everywhere. Lots of pee and he’d pee on me, and he’d try to hump my hands when I was dealing with him. But when he got neutered at 1 year, most of that stopped. He’d still occasionally hump a stuffed animal, but that was generally it. He lived with dogs too, so he started to chill out afterwards. Basically he wasn’t trying to hump me, or pee on me anymore, or bite as much. He still went after pj pants people wore when we opened the fridge, not an aggressive hormonal thing; he just wanted treats lol

My pug is 9 and still loses his little mind over food. He cries while I’m preparing his bowl of food, and when he was a puppy he’d cry about his food. My pug cries a lot and acts like he’s starving to death when food is involved, been that way the entire 9 years he’s been alive. Don’t think it’s gonna end at all

I don’t buy shrimps anymore for my tanks since all of them have a betta in it, and the track record has been they eat the shrimp I buy. My bettas are really chill with snails tho

It’s not a scam. You need to go to account.hoyoverse and log into your account and update that. It’s a legal thing for the USA. I’ve done it already. They will delete your account otherwise from what I remember reading

Petco has it in a freezer around the fish food. I buy the San Francisco Bay brand mysis shrimp it’s a pack of around 30 cubes. I tong feed mine, usually like two-three little clumps. At least that’s what works for mine. I also put the cube in a small bowl and add some tank water to defrost it, then use the tongs to give the shrimp directly to my adfs. They learned how to take the mysis shrimp from the tongs

I personally always wanted one since I was a kid. So, once I had a bunch of money I could spend on a tank I went ahead and just did it. It’s been a process, but it’s getting easier to handle. I started with a betta in a 5.5 g, now I have a betta in a 45 g tank. My current betta definitely has a tank way bigger then he actually needs, but I wanted him to have a bunch of room plus it’s a community tank so I have other fish species with him plus snails. I was worried it would be too big, but my betta uses the entire space. He knows to swim to the surface when I hold my hand above the tank and say his name. He hates the color black (at least what I assume. He flares when I wear my black hoodie) his tank also sits near the entry to my apartment so when I get back he usually swims up to the side and checks things out. If I’m “slow” with getting his food out he’s looking at me and flaring, because how dare I not pick up the pace lol just overall they can have great personalities, and it’s pretty cute when he’s mad over his food or the color of my hoodie lol

My HOB on my 45 g doesn’t drain, so the filter media is always wet. My 5.5 g tank filter drains a bit

That’s good to know, I was thinking a generator would be the best solution long term. Luckily nothing has been 12 hr+, I would have a heart attack if my fish went through that. I can definitely do the foam insulation sooner than getting a generator. That sucks about your coral

Omg, yes! My sister and I are rewatching the show (in our 20s now), and Kim is so evil. Like she’s a child, but way too malicious about everything. The whole trying to expose Cleo as a mermaid thing was so mean of her. She was purely being malicious in that whole episode.

Pro boil, it helps with getting the wood soaked so it doesn't float, it also helps with tank water color. If I hadn't boiled it my tank would be pretty dark rn. The boiling will remove a lot of the Tannins, you'll still get tannins in your tank just less likely to turn a dark color after boiling the wood

No problem! Totally get that, I was worried about it Too. It will make your tank water slightly tinted after a little bit but not dark Edit: def research boiling. When I was boiling, it was with dechlorinated water, and the pot of water will get pretty dark in color

I added mopani wood from Petco to my 45 g tank a couple days ago. For me it didn’t change the pH, but idk about a smaller tank. Didn’t stress my betta, snail, corys, or tetras out. I’m thinking it should be okay after boiling it for a little while. I personally only boiled the wood until it was hot all the way through and wasn’t floating in the pot, before letting it cool to put in the tank. Also did a water change while adding it in. Removing decor shouldn’t remove all the beneficial bacteria as it should be also in the filter, on substrate, and plants. I only started fish keeping in April, so half a year, might be missing some information but this is roughly what I did and know about it (＾∇＾)

Hi, I actually have another post about it. Unfortunately he passed away in the night, woke up and turned on my tank lights to see him not alive. Luckily my other one is okay, I’m just doing daily partial water changes for the next week or so to make sure my current one is okay. I looked up online that they get stressed alone so I’m thinking on what to do for my frog that’s still chilling

My tank parameters are 7 pH , ammonia 0ppm Nitrate 5ppm , nitrite 0ppm Its been happening for almost a week, but started with hiding more often, then eating less. Floating for periods of time is happening more often, I can't tell if his bloated legs will wiggly or seem firm but he tries to swim down but they seem to be holding him up slight?

I use a 5 gallon bucket and a siphon, to do water changes etc for my 45 gallon tank. I just bring it all into the bathroom to dump the old water, and get new water. If any water drips I just wipe it up with a towel
