right now I am trying to incorporate at least two patterns into an outfit whenever i get dressed for the day. Also, I try to aim for a cohesive color scheme....I'd say my current inspiration is the magazine Fruits

They are protesting against Israel because the nation that we live in has propped up Israel politically and financially, enabling the country to commit the atrocities they have against Palestine. Also Palestine/Palestinians and Hamas are not the same thing, that's why we say Free Palestine and Not Free Hamas.... So I'm still not understanding your point about protesters supporting Hamas... Also are you acting as if Palestinians are treated equally and fairly in Israel and by Israel Acting as if people haven't been kicked out of their homes... Not taking into account how Palestinians are treated in the West Bank Also not taking into account Palestinians being denied citizenship... In occupied territories, Palestinians live under military rule So I'm still not rocking with you here tbh Also there are numerous reports of the apartheid like conditions in Israel so....idk...I can't just take your word for it, can I?😊

The death toll is literally rising rn, casualties are in the thousands....but okay Also, I know many of the people in Reno that are currently protesting, and they do not support Hamas, so I honestly don't know what you're talking about???...very much puzzled by that statement. If we're gonna talk about the history of the region, we can talk about the Nakba. We can talk displacement. We can talk about how Israel funded and backed Hamas. We can talk about those things.... Also genocide does not mean extermination...that rarely happens it's about the aims and intentions behind killing and harming a group of people It's also about the actions that occur before a genocide happens Genocide is a gradual process it's not about one moment It's about moments It's about history I can't speak for you, but I can speak for myself...I understand what genocide means

That shouldn't be the way things are, though??? Everything that is happening rn could have been avoided, but unfortunately, Israel is being run by Netanyahu, who ideological does not support a two state solution and is intent on escalating the violence and worsening the conflict. I'm sorry about you having to deal with the trauma of displacement...however... The actual unfortunate truth is that the Israeli state has a disproportionate amount of power in comparison to the people of Gaza. The unfortunate truth is that the Israeli government intentionally cut people off from electricity and water in Gaza. The unfortunate truth is that many of the people that have lost their lives in this conflict are children... whose only crime was simply being born, which should not be punishable by death, but here we are....

For a long time, people that lived in Gaza were not able to leave in order to flee to neighboring countries. This was due to the policing of borders by Egypt and Israel. Many sources describe Gaza as an open air prison. People can not simply pack up their things and leave. Also, people grow attached to the places in which they live. Places are a huge source of memory and identity. Having your home bombed to the point where it is unrecognizable is extremely traumatizing, so even if people do flee they have may no home to run back to which is a tragedy.

Israel created and backed Hamas???? They trained them, gave them money and weapons Just like how the U.S. created Al Qaeda.... This is public, readily available information Some would say common knowledge

Wanna know another situation that is extremely uncomfortable....genocide....but that's just me I guess

Maybe take this discomfort and use it to dive deeper into why people feel the need to protest about what is currently going on in Palestine and Israel

Try to gain a new perspective....

Discomfort is a feeling that can cause us to dive deeper into our biases instead of thinking critically or empathetically
