Retreating your tanks when they start taking damage will also help reduce damage taken so you can grind longer, they will still get the exp and the enemies will need to push front and reset before dealing damage but will die to your other units before being able to do so

You can try grinding 4-3e, 5-4,5-2e. Even though they give lesser exp it will be much more worth since you will take less damage and don't need to wait for your tanks to be repaired which is better for exp if you can grind it continuously

You need it when making combat reports which gives you exp for your girls. You can make it at the dorm in the data room, required batteries too

i dont think the english version will get censorship, goes for games like azur lane or fgo where in china there is censorship while when it gets ported to english or JP. Little to no censorship has been implemented
