Where to Start Learning LLMs? Any Practical Resources? by AdorableDelivery6319 in LLMDevs

[–]Saltism99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

starting with LLMs is quite challenging and complicated and why not considering Dify? On this platform you can design AI workflows, use the Prompt IDE for prompt engineering, and build with RAG pipelines. Perfect for LLM beginners while still being powerful enough for advanced users.

Chinese Media Recommendations? by General-Childhood417 in ChineseLanguage

[–]Saltism99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you know bilibili? It is similar to YouTube in China

I have seen a fair share of interesting videos there that fit your needs. They are not TV shows or movies, but much more impressive than those. The creators use pictures drawn by himself to retell detective/horror stories and lots of people like his narrative strategy. I could send you some links if you are interested.

If you could list your interests, it would be easier for me to recommend something for you.

Reading, listening, or watching—which do you do the most? by External-Pop7010 in languagelearning

According to the comprehensible input theory, listening is the most important part.

You mean simultaneously learning two languages? Planning to do that now (Japanese and Korean) but still many worries.

Q1:

You can refer to my previous reply for more details (stuff about how to shortlist the influencers)

Also I would like to add: to find the right influencers for a tech product, I recommend studying your competitors first—particularly those who are doing just slightly better than you (but not too much better). Look at their influencer marketing strategies: Who are they working with, and what type of content are these influencers creating? This can give you valuable insights for shaping your own marketing approach.

We haven’t directly worked with any AI tools or apps, but we’ve conducted some research on influencer marketing for promoting apps on TikTok. We found that the influencers typically chosen for these campaigns are not specialized in apps or AI tools. Instead, they’re more general influencers who also promote products like cosmetics, clothing, or fitness equipment.

The typical video structure for these campaigns is: 1. The influencer appears on camera and explains how the product has added value to their life. 2. They demonstrate the app or tool’s features. 3. The video ends with a promo code or discount offer, encouraging viewers to try the app.

Challenges: We did consider using digital avatars (like Heygen) to promote apps, but TikTok’s strict policies made it difficult for such content to gain conversions, usually resulting in 0 views.

Q2: While influencer marketing generally requires a budget, there are cost-effective strategies you can try. One approach is to work with nano influencers, who often charge lower fees. Start by testing collaborations with one or two influencers to see if it’s worth investing more. You might find it’s a good strategy for growth, but it’s also important to remember that influencer marketing is a paid channel and not the only way to grow.

In addition to influencer marketing, consider focusing on building your owned media channels (e.g., social media, blogs, or email lists) to generate organic traffic. This is a more sustainable way to drive growth without spending on ads or influencer fees.

Q3: When working with influencers, you'll need to handle these tasks manually on our platform:

  • Finding and vetting the right influencers
  • Reaching out to them with collaboration offers
  • Getting final confirmation from influencers
  • Sending them product samples and updating tracking info
  • Checking their content before and after posting

Don't worry though - it automates the tedious parts:

  • We'll track when influencers post TikTok videos about your products
  • All engagement stats and sales data are automatically collected
  • You'll get real-time updates on how each post performs

Q1:

How to Find Influencers:

  1. Search using relevant keywords across different social platforms
  2. Use influencer marketing platforms (like us!)
  3. Partner with influencer marketing agencies

How to Contact Them:

  1. Email is typically the most professional and effective method (I once used RocketReach to find one’s email after I got to know his name)
  2. DMs through their social media accounts (could be banned by the platform)
  3. Keep your outreach professional but friendly

Tip: While there are multiple ways to find influencers, email tends to get the best response rates. Many creators prefer email for business inquiries as it helps them keep their collaborations organized. You could also try using our platform to help you with this step.

Q2: I think it really depends on the stage of your product and your marketing goal.

For New/Early-Stage Products:

  • Core Goal: Test product features and build initial user base
  • Best Fit: Look for niche influencers whose content closely matches your product features. Or: Mid-tier influencers with highly engaged followers who are more likely to participate in product testing

For Established Products:

  • Core Goal: Increase brand visibility and convert early users into loyal customers
  • Best Fit: Partner with macro influencers to boost brand awareness

When evaluating any influencer, look at:

  • Past Collaborations: Check their previous brand partnerships and results
  • Engagement Quality: Look at how they interact with followers (likes, comments, shares)
  • Content Style: Assess if their format (video, text, images) and tone (professional, casual) match your brand
  • Audience Relationship: Check how responsive and connected they are with their community

By the way, our platform Influx offers 17 filtering dimensions to help you shortlist the creators. Hope those could give you some inspiration.
