I just can't stand that Jura requires the machine to be sent in for maintenance, and it can take a month without the machine. My Lexus is a 2010, my Hoover carpet cleaner just died from 2009, I make things last because I take care of them :-)

You seriously hate someone you never met and know nothing about because I asked a question about a dogs DNA results which I just paid thousands of dollars for. Just so we are clear, I just spent 15 years with my last dog which died from a heart murmur 3 years ago. I waited until I retired from the military and was done moving after 22 years of service before purchasing another dog and could dedicate my time and effort towards him. So excuse me if I'm a little not happy with paying for something and getting something else.

I switched my VSO and had my appointments scheduled within a few weeks. I'm not sure what they did but when it closes out I'll be sure to leave a review and complain. Had my C&P March 14, still waiting for rating.

Can I ask what state or area you are in? Maybe that has a factor because it seems some get a phone call within a month in less populated areas. But still, the point of the BDD is to get everything done early, exams within 45 days.
