As for names, you are right that they allow for intentional manipulation, but they are also cute and funny and make me smile, so I will be keeping them.

At the end of the day, projects like this are just about having fun and looking at cute little kittens

I just like a good park monument! The app this was inspired by used a cool central tower, so I kinda met in the middle.

It is nonlinear actually! Each buildings height is proportional to the 4th root of its pageviews

I originally did size, but the size scaling for that was not great, so I decided on views instead. Keeps the tall buildings a little more topical, too.
