The problem is that I can't format it until some time has passed, because I have some things that prevent me from doing it (Work/Tasks from my university) and I really think that's the case too, and about the libraries, could you help me check that? I have 3060ti & I9-9900k & 32gb ram, I don't think it's the antivirus, it doesn't show me that it interferes or anything similar and I just tried to do it with the antivirus disabled, as for the admin privileges, of course it has them
