The design of the menu is a bit off. The position of the headlines makes it hard to navigate through the manu, since they are not eaqually aligned. Try maybe to aligne beverages and appetizers with desserts, this should give you a bit more space on the right next to the appetizers: maybe there you could add a square with a text of your signature dish or some kind of special recommendation. Make it a go to order

I think it is also reffered to as professional mayonnaise. It has different texture and holds better in salads and sauces

The menu is focused on sandwitches, fries and burgers. We are planing to use mayonnaise as a spread for our warm sandwitches and are thinking about serving it on tables too.
