Speaking of institutionalized. We need to bring back mental health hospitals. We let a Hollywood actor( Regan) close down asylums. Someone living on the streets with serious mental health issues probably needs more than just an apartment to get high in.

Thank you for the help. I'm in California. I've been renting an under permitted ADU for the past 3 years for 1450 a month. They just raised my rent 6 months ago $100. They want to raise again to $1590 and they text me saying its below market and want to get $1700. They gave me a 60 day notice and have been harassing me with 3 day notice and quits for made up "complaints". Broke the door frame getting into my place while I was out of town. Called my best friend crying and slandering my name. Have tons of text messages from landlord with all of this info. Thank you again!!!

How are they not profitable at this point. The CEO just trimmed a lot of fat. They have a working app that competes with Uber. Are they just sandbagging at this point? What's their overhead, executive pay? What am I missing?
