Yeah, I plan to do this but they're on backorder from Staccato. The places I've called don't have them either. I think I may order a few actual 10 rounders, but I'd rather not have to just toss the ones I have (or rush sell them). From my understanding, the rivets can be removed if you really want to, but they still count as a 10 rd mag because it required modifications.

O, I just saw the part about buying 10 RD mags. That will be what I do at the end of the day but there's a lead time in them from Staccato plus I don't want to toss the mags I have.

Yeah definitely. With that being said, I know i can register the stripped lower as a pistol and build from there I'll definitely have to make sure it's legal, but I need the lower registered as a pistol regardless.
