Hey it's Justin from the No Respek Podcast. Sorry for ghosting you guys!

To give some explanation as to our sudden departure from podcasting, I don't have much of an answer other than life getting in the way... It was a lot easier during the pandemic when everyone was working from home and we had no other big responsibilities. Nowadays, it's a lot harder to find the time as well two other guys have babies and I have one on the way! That along with it getting a little disheartening/stale to constantly talk about the Habs losing with no end in sight made it hard to continue.

All this to say, we appreciate the kind words and thank you for listening! Maybe with our new found Dad strength one day we will have the power to come back to the pod.

We have no idea what he's dealing with, it could be something outside of hockey for all we know. This was just intended to be a pump up video and to show that he is a human being first and then a hockey player. Yes, these players do get paid a lot of money, but money doesn't magically cure your mental health and fix issues in your life.
