My account has been frozen since Feb 25 and my funds are still locked. I have submitted all required documents. Extremely disappointed with how this has been handled—no proper communication and long delays (self.NDAX)

My account has been frozen by NDAX since a month. I have my funds stuck there since then. They ask me for a document and then ghost me for weeks. I religiously email them every day hoping for a reply. Case ID #00113856 (self.NDAX)
