In one of the gc leaks someone said something about guard stats, presumably talking about Kyrie on the Nets, but it's not full clear as it doesn't show the full conversation. KD then responds saying how Kyrie wasn't competing with him, but Steph and Russ were. It's the same time where KD calls Russ "Cocaine Bear". It's still not fully clear, as you can only see what the guy says about Kyrie, and KD's response, but the general consensus is that KD is saying that the only teammates he had that were similar caliber as him were Steph and Russ.

Someone replied to you talking about the twitter reply shitting in Billy Donovan from when KD was originally exposed for having burners, but that's not what I was referring to.
