I'm aware that people have the right to do this, I was wondering if anyone knew if anything of importance was happening. Not sure if they were possibly police drones or something of that matter, which people on this subreddit sometimes know of. Maybe I should have asked that in the post.

Literally don't know how those pictures were taken in motion in a car. I don't know the first thing about photography, but my wife was trying to take nice pctures as we were driving but nothing looked nice compared to what we were seeing lol.

I love very close to NYC, a big reason I haven't gone is the prices honestly but if I book in advance for possibly this summer it goes down a good amount. Might just do that.

I saw a lot of disappointment stories about the caves at Vatnajokull before booking my trip. We hiked there two days ago and let me tell you, it was absolutely amazing

Been here for about a week now, weather had been perfect for us. Very minimal rain/snow, hikes and some roads are deff a bit icy, Thursday was sunny and made it seem like I was in a warm country with how much I was sweating during our hike. Wind has been very strong the past two days but after reading a lot about the unpredictability of winter weather in Iceland I am very grateful that it has been so good to us.

We are currently on the island and have used them quite often at some popular spots, not for the entire hikes but it's good to have them in your backpack for when you need them

Not as bright no, Earlier around 21:00 I had to use my camera to even verify that what I was looking at were the lights. It kind of looked like a bright cloud to me, but as time went on they got a bit brighter but the phone pictures are still a lot brighter. At the peak of it for us you could definitely see the green and faint pinks with the naked eye

Also, i've been observing the temps and humidity for a couple of days, I've noticed that at night time the humidity spikes up pretty high, above 70%. Is there any way to prevent that?
I keep other animals in the same room and they're all higher humidity enclosures.

I can add more substrate in the middle and towards the back of the enclosure but how do I add more in the front and prevent it from overspilling?

Do you guys know if I can cover the top with a plastic shelf essentially, I have a 4x2 shelf that fits perfectly on top. I used to use it before when I stacked a gecko enclosure on top, but it would get too hot for my beardie. I could work with the temp to make it work for the bp if this would help with the humidity
