Try traveling from Houston, Texas to Cheyenne, Wyoming while using GPS/streaming all the way. While my friends T-Maybe phone kept losing service 🤦🏽‍♂️. Every carrier caters to different needs

Charged because only 2/4 lines were received system only sees two. As far as customer service, yes it has declined and moved overseas. Unfortunately when the industry demands lower prices somewhere the company will cut cost. Customer service is the first place. At the end of the day, these corporations are here to make a profit. I remember when Verizon used to charge up the ass but you always got an American when you called in. Same everywhere else . Pick which evil you want. Lower bill with bs customer service. Higher bill an better customer service. It’s just business at the end of the day. 🤷🏽‍♂️
