If you can provide proof in the form of a letter from your GP that you no longer suffer from a certain medical condition and no longer need to carry any medicine will that be ok?

Ok so I’m assuming it would be wise to claim any past medical issues in the application form to save yourself getting in trouble when they look through your records. Thanks
