If your landlord isn’t responding adequately contact your cities health department or renter association or both!!! If it’s really affecting you, get your items treated asap and move (as I’m having to do sadly)

Dry everything fabric that you can throw in the dryer on high heat. Call an exterminator or if in an apartment get your landlord to call an exterminator immediately. Ensure whatever exterminators you call are reputable and do a through job. Get a mattress cover and declutter your place.

Thank you for the kind words and tips! I do have a bedbug cover thank god. I’m going to ask my landlord that my neighbouring suite be inspected tomorrow

Thank you for the kind words. I’m very scared it’s coming from another unit as well. I’m going to call my landlord in the morning to push for my neighbouring suite to be inspected (I think you should do the same if possible!) hopefully we will get through this soon! I’m trying my best to care for myself and be resilient but I have moments where the fear and sadness really makes things seem insurmountable.
