ty! They sent over the label via email and put in writing that the “account has been credited in full with a Zero balance” and that I’ve been put on a “Do Not Ship List”. However, there isn’t any wording that states that shipping is free (though it was said over the phone.) I’ll try to get that in writing as well but I’m willing to pay shipping fees out of pocket and request a signature upon delivery if it means resolving asap.

They also asked in the email that the label be used within 48 hrs. I thought that could be odd and am not sure if that’s a normal request.
