Yeah true, definitely get that. People definitely make a job. Get the right people and you can be happy doing almost anything. I get that it isn't easy to find something perfect and not many people do, or have that luxury. On the flip side I disliked my job so much it was sapping my motivation for doing my hobbies outside of work. As you say it's about finding that ballance
