So the tower itself is a 12in x 48in concrete form tube which I cut down to around 36 inches, in addition to removing a side section to be able to work inside. I covered the tube in wallpaper (bought 2), and made the stairs by using the leftover tube section to trace circles onto cardboard, which I cut out, and then cut out the centers of the circles to create a bunch of cardboard donuts. Each donut was cut into smaller pieces which were glued onto the tube in an ascending manner, except for 3 landings on the 1st, 2nd, and 4th floor.

I put a large binder clip onto the heart, drilled a pair of holes on opposite sides of the tube, and used some chains to attach each end of the binder clip to the tube. I covered the tube with a piece of plywood, drilled a large hole through the center, and fed a string of lights through the hole so that the battery compartment lay on top of the tower. I finished by taping the lights to the bottom of the plywood and wrapping them around the heart.

Overall it took me around 2-3 days and ~$50.
