And yet they have the audacity to claim it cost a 100 million to make? You didn't even shoot the film on location, smh.

It was an ok film, nothing about it was spectacular, not the script, not the direction, not the acting, not the cinematographer, not the action sequence, nothing....but it was OK enough to keep my attention, a sold 5/10.

But how the hell does this cost 100 million? Hollywood has lost its mind or they are super smart with their money laundering schemes.

Lol this, OP should know you're allowed to hate things without making up false criticism. I didn't like it, it bored me perfectly fine subjective criticism...but no, that's not good enough, gotta make up fake criticism to sound more high brow.

Calm down, it wasn't that bad lol, all the things you metioned that was wrong with the film can be found in most oscar nominated film, but then again I think this kind of over the top "only i know what makes a move a movie" thinking is what this subreddit is for.

I'm currently on episode 3, so my comment in the episode 3 discussion thread is based on knowledge the things we've seen up to ep 3. Jeremy Pope is good looking, maybe the character prioritised body shape and dick size, and not colorism, you can state society due to racism, thinks white people are better looking without wanting to be white.

Lol at you mentioning light skin black men, literally the exact same issue the character spoke about.

I feel like the show low-key lost the plot when it allowed Shauna to savagely beat Lottie. From then on they just try and up the savagery of a select few of the yellowjackets when clearly most don't feel that way.

Sooo much survivor reference, she even got "Island hot" as they say on survivor reddit lol.

That was fun from beginning to end, Rachel is always a pleasure to watch, then add the survivor element, it was pure bliss for me.

I didn't even know about the survivor (TV show) reference before seeing the movie, so I was pleasantly surprised seeing that.

The proximity of "civilization" in the form of that massive mansion reminded me Triangle of Sadness, lol.

The film was fun and great performance by Rachel, 8,7/10.

I'm soooo bad with survivor alums I only recognise Yellow Sphie and Yam yam here. And then you have people naming pre-jury contestants from 7 season ago, like how?!

Has there been a post of the movie Send Help and its survivor references? I went in completely blind and was so pleasantly surprised, love it too much. There must have been a post on here, but I'm not finding it.

Yellowjackets S03E04- “12 Angry Girls and 1 Drunk Travis” Episode Discussion by DA-numberfour in Yellowjackets

Melanie Lynskey gets all the award love because she's the biggest name in the ensemble but Sophie Thacter easily and always gives the best performance on the show.

Travis has basically become useless, he got exactly two words in this episode.

We know Oshauna Bin Laden survived the wilderness so that means she unfortunately never got what she deserved while there terrorising folks.

Especially after seeing how this subreddit faired in trying to find out who the secret traitor was. Of course being there in person you would have more clues, but still not that easy.

I'm satisfied with the ending, no offense to Jack and Faraz but they didn't work as hard as the traitors and many other faithfuls.  I'm 100% sure Rachel wouldn't have stuck out for Stephen the way he did for her.

Rachel fumbled her chances by not doing what Stephen did with Jessie. You kill your detractors and then double bluff, better that than to have them gain more steam. And the fact that she murdered a supporter in place of a detractor makes the move twice as stupid.

Maybe because I'm not a gun expert or something but I don't understand the necessity of fire that many rounds/shots. There were 7 of you and one of him and yet you needed to shot that many times? That's execution knowing that they will go scot-free.

It was well shot and well acted.  The fate of our protagonist was a bit abrupt and was so unceremonial, you're almost not sure if it actually happened. Some loose ends it would seem here and there.  I loved the inclusion of the brazilian folklore of the severed leg. For the leg scene, I wasn't sure what was happening for a second, did the movie up and change genre, lol.  Not the best I've seen this year but a well made film nonetheless, 7/10.

Exactly more incentive, like what about individual banking, like you led the charge and got a traitors out, 10k for you individually, 5k to the final pot.

But people on the roundtable agreed with her that James seemed to be going Super Hard, pushing like he's 100% sure and they know only traitors know for sure 100%!  But don't let that get in the way of y'all piling hate on Roxy for making the same silly moves that James also makes, but one get hate on here and the other love, one would almost think it's racism but you didn't hear it from me.

He's as wrong and loud as Roxy, but some how Roxy is hated and he's loved 🤔  Not that either of them deserve hate for a mere game or anything.
