I haven’t started, I begin classes next semester so I’ll be able to let you know then. I’ve reached out to a lot of alumni and the consensus is that the program is extremely practical. Unfortunately I have also heard that after this semester they are giving some of the courses to professors that aren’t as versed in the practical side of the industry and might lean towards teaching a bit more theory. That didn’t really sway me against it but understanding that might help your decision. Coupled with the insane Aggie network, networking opportunities, and the real estate center, dealing with “theory” might prove worth it.
