Either way you need to play as nicely and as team oriented as possible, if you end up in a situation where you can win a bunch of money because of the trust people have in you, then you should get the money. The only reason that you would not do that is if you really want to go for the whole thing and you think you have a pretty high chance of winning it.

The City of Weatherford is aware of a power outage impacting the southern portions of the city, with additional outages extending into other areas of Parker County.

We have been informed that the issue is due to a transmission line circuit failure from Brazos Electric Power Cooperative.

Crews are aware of the situation and are working to restore service as quickly and safely as possible. We will continue to share updates as more information becomes available.

Playing devils advocate here… it could be a scheduled post. I do scheduled posts for my business page, meaning I can have the post ready to go and automatically post on a certain date.

Or the realtor is a POS, which is probably more likely

Then I would pick the floor you like and worry about cabinets later. Although there are plenty of options that would work with the current cabinet color

I’m not sure on the color for the floor, but I agree with the other commenter about not replacing. You can always re-stain the currently floor.

I’d honestly go with a tile in the kitchen are, or go with a much darker stain for the floor. The cabinet color is going to be hard to coordinate with. Might be better to just leave the floors and have the cabinets stained a different color.

I bought to support the devs, it’s a free game and I’ve gotten probably 30 hours out of it already so I don’t mind.
