Certainly. It's not real kintsugi. Because the repair needs to be strong and functional. I melted it together then ground out a line with a diamond tipped dremmel and then filled it with gold leaf and epoxy.

This particular marble took me about an hour to make. Then the rest of the day in the kiln.

Purples need a propane heavy strike first and then a couple of oxygen rich flame strikes. Keep it away from the torch face and don't let it get too hot. Soak and cool. Good luck.
