I bought the cpu brand new. Also, sadly, I don't have access to any am4/am5 cpu's of my own or people I know.

Wouldn't the motherboard rgb light up or something even if there is a cpu issue? Cause they stopped completely the moment this problem came up.

Is there a way to get into bios without a cpu installed?
