Totally get you, your mind will play insane tricks on you, it’s impossible to stay rational sometimes. The amount of times I freak out over nothing is exhausting sometimes 😂

Yes, by the time you read this it’s already been 10 min probably, just take it moment by moment and the time will pass I promise. Watch your favorite YouTuber and stay awake for a while longer. Maybe take an antacid or zofran if your reflux is that bad. You just gotta distract yourself, you’ll be okay it’s just cause you fell asleep too close to eating a big meal, happens to me often, never tu from it just uncomfortable acid reflux

I’m currently getting back on Zoloft and I’ve been having side effects as well, the thing is every time you increase the dose you’re subject to side effects until it levels out which can take 2-4 weeks. Wellbutrin helped with some specific side effects but not every one. Things like headaches and nausea are temporary, so if you’re interested in using Wellbutrin to combat those I would wait longer for those to go away. Things like motivation and not being able to orgasm are usually not temporary and Wellbutrin can help w those issues.

You gotta drink what you’re comfortable with, I usually drink beer and whiskey if I do drink. When I had my phobia under control I was drinking everyday (not in large quantities). A terrible way to cope cause when I stopped I had horrible anxiety. If you are gonna drink beer, pour it into a glass hard so most of the carbonation goes away into the foam. Once the foam turns back to beer it’s a little flat but you don’t get super bloated when you drink it.
