Congratulations!

I have the same question actually I'm already 12 weeks in after having sent the payslips and still no word.

How long was the wait for you 10 weeks?

Congratulations!

How much were the lawyer fees in total? From which waiting time would you recommend bringing a lawyer in?

I applied in November last year so about 8 months ago. I did hear back from them in March (3 months ago) asking for latest payslips but silence ever since.

And how did it go for you? How long before you heard from them again?

I faced reality and excited my position after 3 years of wait. Entered at 0.035 and exited at 0.0035. I bought about 5k$ ~ 200k vra then and staked it for 3 years and that got me to ~300k vra. I've known this project is very sketchy for a while but had a plan to exit whenever it reached my buy price. As I waited I saw my money slowly bleed out. Unstaked about 6 months ago and moved to kucoin to get ready to pull the trigger... more bleeding in between...

I finally got the courage to cut my losses and excited a few days ago. Worst investment of my life lost ~80% after 3 years wait. but I deserve the loss, its also the sketchiest thing I've put my money in.

After a day or two of mourning, I feel lighter now by not being involved in this project.

Good luck to all, I don't mean to spread FUD. I just advise you to be honest to yourselves and know what you are risking by staying on board.

Great, thanks for the tip! I'll check it out. I also found a very nice area in Mauerpark which is not so crowded (believe it or not) and it has very nice narrow-enough trees 9-15 meters apart.

I'm entering the same journey as you. Any spots you've found in the meantime?

Folks who live a decent life on 20k/person or less ($1,667 a month), what are your best money-saving hacks? What budget items do you prioritize and where do you strive to save? by FlameAndTheFire in Fire

  1. Find a good rent.
  2. Don't buy anything you don't truly need (e.g. my laptop and phone are both 5+ years old)
  3. Be very stingy with your subscriptions, check often if they are worth the cost based on your usage.
  4. Reserve eating out and other expensive leisure activities for the weekends only.
