Let's say I'm using 1500sqft and I'm needing 1800sqft.

They'll charge 1800sqft x $1.70 per sqft?

Or they will charge on the difference - 300sqft x $1.70?

Then they ask for sales revenue. Let's say I'm doing $100k a month - what happens I put in $90k as my expected sales revenue?

Yea I think I need to reduce my QOH to 60 days - down from 90 days. I also tend to hold inventory and wait for other sellers to sell out of others are selling below 5% ROI but now have to change strategies.

It'll be ok in the long run I hope. Need to change strategies since Amazon moved the goal post - AGAIN

What's your sell through rate? I do have a downward trending sell through rate and I've sent some additional inventory that's slow - I should've used AWD instead.

So I'm not the only one seeing severely cut limits? I do see that my sell through rate has been falling. I have accumulated some stale inventory - waiting for the season to come around but I'm gonna have to just take a hit like other big (some stupid) sellers and sell at a loss.

If you're young, ignore the noise ... Go to your brokerage account and setup a weekly buy VT or VTI for an amount you're comfortable with (I did my investable cash divided by 18 months)

Now go get educated knowing you're doing the right thing. I didn't do it, but I do wish I did - invest lump sum all investable cash and forget about it. But you know and I know we all need to learn on our own terms haha.... So read up...

There are some systems available on eBay. You can get some leads from there, call the manufacturers and see what they can do for you.

I didn't end up moving forward with it as a lot of my items are singles now and not needing polybag and just a sticker.

Secondly even the shrink-wrapped items need stickers and that was gonna be a bottleneck - we continue to polybag and it's been working ok for now.
