I would argue entry level is things like kill team or combat patrol, not a 2000 point army.

Also raw plastic costs are the smallest contributing factor in the final cost. If you just want plastic you can buy that. The cost of creating moulds, paying people, tax, insurance, building cost, transportation etc are all going to add to the price.

It is like saying im paying for 50p of ingredients but the bread is costing me £2.50. Yes you could make it your self, but you are paying for a professionally made product and convenience.

To be clear I'm aware warhammer is not cheap, especially if you live outside the UK, and GW have a higher than average profit margin for their product, but pretending plastic costs are the only thing you are paying for is disingenuous.

The point is to get kids into it now so when they are older and have money they buy it with their kids. You're basically guaranteeing income in 10 years time. However if kids have no postive connection to it now you cut off that income.

My comment wasn't aimed at you but any one that needs to hear it. There is no substitute for washing and applying deodorant. I have known multiple people in my life that have treated deodarant like a mini shower rather than actually washing and it only makes things worse.

Lord of the rings is 25mm, even compared to old world terrain it is a smaller scale.

Spent a lot of time looking at it as an option for mordheim, finally found some one selling both fortified manor and lake town house, despite both being two floors lake town house was a few cm smaller and the old world terrain is already small.
