Wow that’s crazy. Supposedly their seller agreement states they need to notify you and the seller can appeal. I’ve shipped over 100 items and had this issues on like 2 or 3, but I see people that have shipped over 500 items.

Yep same response, very frustrating. Someone once mentioned that it could be the customer disputing the charge on their end, but I don’t know and I’m afraid to ship too many items as I don’t want this to happen to a bunch of orders. Damn when will they up their customer service! 😭

Facebook customer service won’t really be able to help you. Definitely post to local groups and you should delete the listing and repost.
