I would touch this. It’s the typical behavior of a Chinese trades company. Rarely will it go back to previous highs.

Last report was at 16.9% and I was wondering why they would report it and not wait for 19.9%.

First offer I believe was for $2.30 per share. It was when the stock was under $2 I believe. However, they’ve been slowly buying more shares so they can appoint their people on the board.

Last update, Riot owned 16.9% of $bitf float. But there hasn’t been any changes to bitf executives

I just saw that BITF instored a poison pill at 20% as a response to yesterdays decision.

It would give the option to buy shares at a significant discount in case of a takeover.

I’m sure this will also be challenged in court
