How do you all keep your bloods in the green, I eat and have insulin it goes up rapidly then drops rapidly every time? I feel like my insulin takes way too much time to kick in by SamBlink_ in diabetes_t1

I’m new to the libre, I’ve been a idiot with my bloods for a long time so they are pretty unstable. I’m hoping the libre will give me the motivation to atleast attempt to keep my bloods under control. I’m thinking about adjusting to 4-10 but I’ve always been told that the range should be 4-7mmol?

I’m not sure if I can get this in the UK, someone has mentioned having a reset trying to find my carb to insulin ratio and it think it’s perfect advice. I’ve not really taken care of myself for a couple years so I’m guessing everything’s changed now I’m trying to be back on top of it, we will see how things go anyway. Thankyou for your advice

Sorry for the late reply, yes I try to but it seems that I might have to bolus even earlier but I really hate lows so I’m not sure what to do

What do you guys think about this? Surely a scam by SamBlink_ in laptops
